Marla strives for excellence in all she does. She joined Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury as a new real estate agent in 2007. Even though the country was in the middle of a huge economic downturn, her resolve was to remain positive and to build a successful business. Marla became a top producer by focusing on her clients' needs, listening to their dreams and desires, and helping them reach their goals. She also had a solid knowledge of Memphis and the surrounding areas, which was very helpful to her clients. Selling homes was not work; this was pure joy in helping others. Marla's career took off, and she was soon a Lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. She learned that clients want to be empowered to make their own decisions. They need a strong, loyal advocate and an astute negotiator throughout the transaction. Marla developed and honed those qualities, and each year her business prospered, and she now enjoys life-long friendships with her clients. They are the reason she loves this career so much!
In addition to holding her broker's license, Marla is currently serving as a Director on the board of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors. She sees this as a great opportunity to give back to the professional community. At Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury, Marla is the Dir. Of Career Development where she oversees agent training. In her personal time, she loves to read, dance and cook. Marla is an ongoing volunteer with her favorite animal rescue organization in Memphis, The Savior Foundation.
